Kelly Powell is a bookkeeper and single mom from Long Island, New York. She is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton’s Creative Writing Program in 1988. Kelly's work has appeared in the Long Island Sounds 2008 Anthology and a new manuscript titled, "The Cassandra Complex" is forthcoming from Boone’s Dock Press.
